In 2024, we responded to changes surrounding our customers and advancements in technology by integrating three business companies. This integration has enabled us to offer a comprehensive range of automation services, including not only RPA but also SaaS, BPO, and generative AI. It has also positioned us to swiftly invest in the next wave of automation technologies.
In Japan, structural changes such as labor shortages, an aging population, and technological advancements are causing rapid and profound shifts in the business environment. Furthermore, the pace of these changes accelerates each year.
